I suggest you ask Ken Bell that.

 

Probably not without some extensive modification....intakes don't swap between 4.6's and 5.4's.

 

The Kenne Bell unit does not include the lower intake. You use the stock one...at least this is true on the 5.0. So it might fit.

As already said, ask Kenne Bell. From what I've read you will get very good advice and help from them.
