What spark plugs for a gen2 Lightning?

I would have done a search to see if this question had been asked before but I keep getting 'server too busy"....

Anyone have horror stories or good reviews on plugs for the supercharged Lightnings?

I just installed Denso plugs for a friend's 03 Lightning they were 2 stages colder.Run's great.I got them from Jonny Lightning Performance.A little pricey but good plugs.

What mods do you have? If you are stock you don'tneed plugs other than the factory ones. If you have upped the boost or use nitrous NGK TR6 or NGK BR7EF work well.
I use the BR7EF.

I also recommend the Denso plugs. They idle great and last four times longer than the TR6s. Expect to pay about $9.00 a plug. I ordered mine from Lightning Force Performance and had them delivered to my door in four days.

Use the IT20s for 8-10 lbs of boost. Higher boost requires the IT22s.
