What will happen to Janklow?
What are your thoughts on what will happen to Janklow now that he was convicted?
I bet he won't get any jail time, just a bunch of fines and communty service.

The SD senator(?) that hit and killed the cycle rider. Sure is a sad event for all concerned.

guess I don't pay enough attention.
Our Governator, Martz, tampered with evidence and interceded an investigation. She is still in office, I suspect that there won't be any jail time for this guy.

What I would like to see...10 years flat time.
What he will get... a suspend sentance, a slap on the wrist. If the family is ontop of it they should sue him. Assets of 8 mil.

Sounds like he got 100 days in the pen.
Whoopie.
As far as Janklow getting sued.....I'm not sure that I agree about that.

My wifes uncle was involved in something similiar, but he was intoxicated pretty bad....He got a bit stiffer fine than Janklow, but not by much more than a month.
I heard that a bunch of out of state bikers were planning on boycotting the Sturgis rally this year, cause of Janklow.
I dont think that every one will ever be happy in this case, I'm just glad that he does have to do some jail time and community service.
Far as I concerned it just makes more room for me to park my bike at the rally.
