quick ratio steering

Is there anyway quick ratio steering box I can get for my '79
F-150? I really would like it to turn quicker but am not sure if there are any bolt on units that will work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I do not know of any. A smaller diameter steering wheel will take less motion to turn.
