Vulgar Display of Power

That is what I want you to think of when you see my truck screaming down the street. I think it might be fairly attainable. I got SUPER bored today, and decided, if I had the money, how would I spend it on my truck. Here is what I came up with, and yes, some of these items are in the sights of my credit card:

Vortech SC
Roller Rockers
10# Boost pulley
Auburn Pro LSD
90mm MAF tuned for injectors
42# Fuel Injectors
Diablo Dual Custom chip from Ken (in the works)
70mm TB
3.73:1 Gears
MSD Ignition
hi-perf flywheel
larger brake system, full discs
hi amp alternator
electric fans
aluminum driveshaft
anti-roll locker
booooost, fuel pressure guages and accessories
NOS system
Mariah Carey (souly for exterior photos, dress-up, and "other" things for inside the truck)

Just to clarify, this isnt in any order of how I would get it, or put it on, just simply a list. What do you all think? Am I missing anything vital? Also, this is in addition to what I have already installed.

Garrett

PS What can you do to gain back some of the loss from flywheel to rear wheel?

Are talking about the boost pulley, or an underdrive pulley? If you mean the boost pulley, I know of a shop that can do custom ones I am contacting them tomorrow to see if they can make one for the vortech No idea about an underdrive pulley. I am pretty sure the gatoryback pulley has been used by someone, just need to verify.

Yes, there are power pulleys for our trucks. ASP makes some underdrive pulleys I know for sure...there is an individual who used to be on here who had them on his newer 4.2 as well as rockers and some other mods. I'll see if I can find a site.

Here are some links:

http://www.lmperformance.com/628/4.html

If I were you I would just go to those links and call to see what will fit your truck as far as pulleys go. I'm sure you will get the best answers there. Good luck!

Try this site Jimmy:

www.seffects.com

At the top of the screen just follow the little icons for you year/make/model truck to see what they have that fits.

More specifically:

https://www.ford-trucks.com/framered...w.seffects.com

Good luck

I already know the body kit and rims I am getting body kit will have to be cut and redone to fit the reg cab body, as it is originally for an ext cab, and for rims I am gtting a set of 17x8 or 17x9 Crager SSs

Yea, I would only recommend pulleys as a last resort. I would definately not get them first. They rob you of drivability whether you want them to or not.

Jimmy:

Get the 17x8's. From personal experience anything over a 17x8 is actually more prone to the outer edge of the rim bending while going over speed bumps, curbes, etc. Plus, IMO they look nicer.

I a acutally thinkin aobut putting a tach on or under the dash, and gauges on the pillar, and cover up the gauges with a brushed alum plate that only shows the speedo, and only when looking from the drivers seat, that way the passenger cannot complain about my speed.
