plug suggestions??
Anyone have any suggestions based on experience regarding what plug I should run (heat range, not particular brand)? I've tried several different and am not sure what's best. Here's the engine...
.030 over 460
9.2 : 1 comp.
mild port & polish
"272" cam
Performer intake
headers
Thanks in advance.

Do you tow at all? I won't be able to answer your question as I have no Lima experience to speak of but the experts would probably want to know.

The truck has a hitch and actually pulls a trailer really well, but... no it's not really a pulling truck. It's a 2wd SWB '83 F-100 C-6. Mostly a cruiser but take it to the 1/4 mile track a couple times each summer. It also has the Holley Pro-Jection4 system if it matters.

I would use stock or one step cooler plugs. If one step colder, watch the plugs for signs of fouling. I use stock heat range Autolite platinums in my 428.FWIW
