Snow Plow Pump
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 25-Sep-02 AT 08:27 PM (EST)]I'm looking for a pump for my rear plow, it must be power up - power down.
I've been using a monarch, and just used the right/left angle valves for the rear up-down, and blocked off the up-down valve
I loved this unit, but it decided to take a big s$@%t today while I was getting things ready for the wheather yet to come.
I'm wondering if anybody has one they would like to get rid of or if anybody knows a place on-line that I could scoop one up.
Any help is Appreciated

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 26-Sep-02 AT 07:32 PM (EST)]Rich,
I've been rebuilding that pump for years, was always to cheap to buy a new one, this time I got a bad valve and the brushes are junk.
New they wanted $650, I picked up a used- 1year old pump for $300 just today.
All hooked up and working great.
Now I got the old one for parts, that thing has to be at least 20 years old, hell, it was an antiuqe when I bought it!!
Now I have to bolt the stock wheels/tires back on along with the little mirrors.
Oh the joys of winter!!!

Snow Plow Pump
Thanks Rich,
Ya, The Monarch that I'm using is electric/hydraulic, The one that is dead was the pump I used with my old plow, I liked it cause it was easy to fix and just stayed uder the hood during off season.
When I got the new plow, I built a back plow and just used the same pump, just used the left&right valves for my up/down on the back plow.
So now I'm up and running, except now I have to re-fab my cylinder location due to the extra 6 inches of spring.
Thanks for the offer, I could always take the forty off your hands
