Rear Crew Cab Door Locks

Rear Crew Cab Door Locks
My rear door locks are getting very sticky, to the point that I have to hit the door lock button many times to get them to lock or unlock (but it did save my butt one night when I locked the keys in the truck). The front doors are fine.
Is there a trick to get these lubricated? I can't seem to find a way to remove the door panel to allow me accces to the mechanism, I don't see any screws at all.
Thanks in advance

Take off the door light lens and there is a screw under it then take off the door lock switch ( it should pop up with a little prying) and there is a screw under it. Then you can lift off the panel if I remembered correctly. I had the same problems it seems to happen to all the locks eventually you will need to replace the electric lock motor you can buy them on ebay or from a store that installs car alarms they work the same as the orginals you just have to splice them into the lock wires and drill a small hole to mount them inline with the orginals they come with directions. They are a lot cheaper than buying from Ford I got them on ebay for about $4.00 each. Hope this helps
