I was Driven in a canyon the other day in my 1997 F-350 460 when I saw a 85 Chevy 3500 454 Dully trying to drag a 15,000lb tractor up a hill whel needles to say his tranns fell out from under him so thay brought out looked like an 85-86 Ford F-350 Dully 460 to help pull the tractor up a hill the so after thay were chaind up the driver of the ford droped down to first and pushed the throttle hard the rear tires bounced and smoked a little but he caught traction and pulled the chevy and the tractor up the hill at the same time. Those 460s are like Peterbuilts thay will pull anything. I love my 460.

That's why I cannot stand other message boards. If everyone had a signiture that listed every small detail of what they wanted to do, everyone would go insane.

 

I didn't read all of his signature, but since when did they put 460's in '97's with struts on all 4 corners? I also didn't know they made a 4spd C6.

 

They made 97's with 460's. The struts have to be aftermarket. They never made a 4-speed C6. In fact, they never made a C6 at all in 1997. He must be referring to an E4OD, which is basically an electronically controlled C6 with overdrive.

 

Just to put you guys at ease... it's not a signature. He had to every bit of it. I guess it's just a colosal wish list!
