97 psd turbo max endplay?
Hello All
I'm in the middle of changing out my exhaust side turbo housing with the banks replacement(on my 97 F350) and noticed a little end play on the exhaust wheel. There is no in/out play but I can move it slightly side to side. I'll take it to work and get a more accurate measurement if it's not suppose to have any movement. Also is the turbo suppose to spin freely when spun by hand? Mine spins for ~1 sec before it stops ,with the turbo all together and w/o the exhaust housing attached.Which is what my concern is about the endplay.Also is there suppose to be moisture/ corrosion
inside the exhaust housing & downpipe ? It has the 3" dp and Banks Brake with 4" straight pipe and muffler.
