We had friends over, and fried about 20 lbs of redfish and speckled trout fillets. We also had about 10 lbs each of chicken and beef fajitas. Pecan pie and genuine Cajun Kringle cake brought over by a friend from New Orleans.

Totally cleaned out my freezer. All I have left is three flounder. Time to go fishing!

I hope everyone else here had a safe and happy holiday today.

A turkey breast, asparagus, green bean casserole, cajun rice, gravy, and three different pies my brother in law made. By the way, I cooked the turkey.
