Exhaust tubing from the header

Hey everyone,
I have a questiosn regarding the exhaust tubing that usually comes from the manifold has has a cat on it. I have a 79 with a 302, and im redoing the exhaust along with the engine and everything else. The thing is, i need to find the 2 tubes that come from the header and go towards the driveshaft (they make a "Y" sord of, but it doesnt connect becuase i will have dual exhaust). First of all, if anyone knows what this part is called, that would be helpful. Now becuase i have a 79, its illegal to have no cats, but it doesnt really matter over here in Kansas. So where could i find some tubing for this? I cant go to an exhaust shop and tell them to fit it for me cause they wont because its illegal (although they know they really dont care cause its not really an issue here). I could order some from somewhere and tell them its for a 72 since it would be the same (if im right), but i dont know where to order them. Any help with be appreciated. BTW- The size is 2.5"
Thanks
Danny
