'04 F150 specs? rotors, axle

Anyone know the specs on the new F150 for front and rear rotor size? Front axle rating? Amp rating for standard alternator?
Rear axle rating for standard load package?

Thanks. I couldn't find this in the catalog.

Also, what's the 17" wheel width? Is it 7.5" or 8.0" with the standard tire size 235/70R-17?

I don't have the other answers right now, but all the wheels that come with the f150, 17 and 18 inch are 7.5"

SRAces,
Thanks, but I couldn't find the rear axle rating? They show the heavy duty payload package increases it to 5300- lb (and GVWR to 8200-lb) , but no standard figures (for axle). I suggest a stickey on all your specs for future research.

Thumbs up Will do my best!

95CobraR,

Let me look up the rear axle data for you and add it to the webpage I made. The data is not all in one big page that I can paste the whole thing in.

Here's what I found:

USAF (ret)

2004 F-150 Rear Axles Specs

With the optional Payload Package you get bigger everything. Springs, shocks, tires, heavyduty frame, Upgraded Auxiliary Trans cooler, heavy duty wheels. Upgraded Radiator and Big 10.25 4.10 Rearend. I just ordered a standard cab 2wd set up like this. My First Brand New Truck Is A Ford? O-Well change can be good.

Rotors are 13" upfront, 13.7" in the rear. The front axle is rated 4150 on the 2WD, 4400 on the 4x4. The alternator is a 130-watt. Standard gross axle weight rating on the rear is anywhere from 3400-3850, depending on model.

You are obviously a man of good taste. Congrats on the HD truck. Try not to scare the little trucks with it.

1956Mark11--I saw the 13" in the front/ 2" thick. The rears are larger? thickness? Is that standard or do they change with the Heavy Duty payload package?

The more I look at the specs for the '04 F-150 HD; the more I am impressed with it!

Thanks 95CobraR. I think i reserched this upgrade to death.
I was pretty sure what I wanted based on what I have now which is an old 86 3/4 ton chev. 350 motor buildt 400 trans and '79 limited slip rearend with air lift bags. I figure this new Ford has to do the same or better job and use 40% less gas.
Old chev's are not known for milage and when you add 4 barrels and cams and such well it don't get better. But I can PULL!!!
