Rain water collecting by my A/C blower motor

After a good rain, I will get in my truck and as soon as I start taking corners or going up a hill, I will get water pouring in from under my Glove box, at first I thought it was my heater coil, but after lookking more closely, I have found that I am getting rain water that is collecting in a resivoir where the Air cinditioner pulls recirculated air from the cab. Has anyone else seen this problem? Any help would be great. Thanks, John

Gotta be a glogged drain you would think. Look under the truck for a hose thats clogged with a spider web..Don't go jammin a sharp object in there go easy..

If that's not it, something else came to mind:
While I was installing/running power and amp lines on my new stereo system, I ran cables and wiring through cushioned plates in the firewall back up behind and above the emergency brake pedal. I noticed that they took some finageling to seat back in securely.

Maybe there's also one of these "cushioned" firewall plates that isn't plugging up well and allowing water to seep in from behind the glove box area???

Just a thought...
Daryl
