I am pretty sure it will but I hate to answer a question with a qeustion.

I have the 1356 in my Centurion and I am also going to install a ZF 5-speed trans. I hope to install it over xmas shut down but I amhaving some other issues to deal with right now.

So if the 1356 will interchange with the 1345 you shoud be good to go.

The ZF is about 30 inches long and I have a C-6 which is only about 26 inches long so I will have to get the rear driver shaft shortened and the front one made longer for the ZF. I have to take some pics of the ZF with a tape measure beside it for someone on the this board. I for got his user name already but I will find it. The cross member in my truck will have to be moved back as well.

My 89 truck has the spot on the firewall where the clutch MC will bolt on to. The only thing I may not have is the safety switch wiring for the back of the clutch MC. I haven't looked under my dash yet for it. I am hoping the wiring is there but has a dummy plug in it like I had on my 79 4X4 truck I use to own.

I am also concerned with the hook up of the t-case. I am not sure if the t-case handle is moved rearward or if there is a longer shifting rod for it.

When I got my pedals I also got the tunnel cover from the truck as well so I don't have to cut a hole in mine. The ZF I got from some where else. I didn't remove it from a truck.

You didn't ask for all of that but I thought it may be helpful. If not you maybe someone else.
