Yes, the MAC Intake makes a ggieleeuujmmmmmfmfmfmferrrrrmrmeuuuummbmbmlbbbble sound when you really floor it.
The Exhaunst just goes wuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrmmmm.
Hope this helps!!!
No, really, they do make a sound difference. From the intake people usually hear more of a 'growl' from the front end. Obviously the Exhaust will be deeper.

Also jbo,
I don't have and intake, but I do have a replacement k&n. I cheated on the intake part by removing the filter from the housing, and taking a drill, and drilling a truckload of holes in the outside of the housing to expose the filter to a greater flow of air, it ain't purdy but it works. A drill is a lot cheaper than a $200+ intake. I would like a throttle body and air flow sensor though, but it's gonna have to wait.
