Horn location on '93 E250

Maybe a lame question, but I can't find the thing! It hasn't worked since I bought the van, so maybe it's missing? Anyone know where it should be? '93 E250 6 cyl cargo van.

Does it have an air bag, or cruise? If so and the cruise isn;t working, with the air bag light flashing 3 pulses then 2 pulses, it's the clockspring. ~$90 at the dealer plus install time/fees.

myke do you have an air bag? If not you wont get a flashing light, however there is still a "clock spring" (sliding contact) that is there to control the horn and cruise.

Good call, Pfogle! I only wanted to know where the actual horn was located, and you seem to have figured out the problem for me.
Yep, 3, then 2 flashes. Airbag, no cruise. What the heck is a clock spring? The previous owner had put black tape over the light.
Should I be concerned about the airbag?
Do you know where the actual horn should be located?

Thanks for responding!
