Exclamation 97 F250 5.4 4=4 1143code

I went to a-zone had the codes for check light pulled it showed the code for left & right bank too lean i cleared them the light came back on , same 2 codes and 1143 code showed up i cleared them again , a-zone said to replace the 2 primary o2 senors (the o2's before the cats) i disconnected the batt. installed the sensors started the truck, no light, drove the truck a little better performance , next day drove the truck 3-4 hours(i'm on the road alot)light came on again same rough idle after 10 min. warm up it goes from 900rpm to 500+- in neutrul in drive 650 to 450+- a Ford Tech said it might be a idle air control , anybody got any clues? also using factory plugs , new fuel filter & air filter, the 97 f2504x4 sc 5.4 auto it runs great also abs light came on during the time

Clean the mass-air sensor. Also check the PCV hose assembly for cracks. Mine went bad @ 33,000 miles.

thanks but what should i use to clean with? dont want damage anything electronic

check for vacuum leaks.
check fuel pressure

Just spray some carb cleaner on the 2 little metal wires in the small hole. It won't hurt them. Just don't touch them and you will be fine.

fixer, thanks,i fogot the first rule check for simple things first, it turns out after replacing the o2s that i did have a vacum leak the pcv tube running into the back of the engine had a tear in the rubber elbow , i used electrical tape for a temp fix till new part arrives,also my abs light went off too, and the abs great to, why's that?

Glad to help. I really enjoy swapping info here. I have yet to find a better forum about automobiles anywhere.
I have been waiting 2 weeks on a Caddy forum trying to find out where the domelight timer/relay is on an 89 DeVille and still haven't gotten a reply.
You won't find that around here. Most questions are answered in less than a day.
