power problem 5.4 "z" motor
I have an '01 and '03 F150 with the same problem. Both trucks have 5.4l "z" motors, which is the alternative fuel crap
. It feels like a power problem, like running out of fuel. The '01 has had the cat converters replaced and had lean codes on both banks. The '03 was sent to the tranny shop and for some reason they destroyed the tps sensor. The '03 was also sent to the muffler shop to have the cats checked, but their fine. Under power the trucks won't shift from 1st gear unless you take your foot off the gas. The '03 isn't quite as bad as the '01. Can anyone help? Thanks
