Leaf spring bushing recall
Anybody heard about a recall for the front leaf spring bushings?
Buddy of mine said he thought there was a recall because some were made of the wrong material and caused sqeaking. Mine are doing that and prolly should go see the doctor I MEAN dealer

Leaf spring bushing recall

I think there are a couple of TSBs associated with the bushings in the front springs wearing out and leading to a squeak. I don't believe it's a recall though, I think you're on the hook for the price of the new bushings and any labour charges involved.

On Edit: I see that your truck is still under warranty. I'd go to the dealer and get the bushings replaced. If you print a copy of the TSB it should be pretty simple to have them check into it.
