whats the best way to patch the rust around the back fener wells, and the back lower section of the box, should i just buy patch panels and weld them in and paint them or is there a more cheeper way, it seems the patch panels are spendy, thanks

 

You can always hammer out your own patch pannels...

 

thats a good idea because my dad does own a welding shop, how do i find out the paint code, so i can match the paint when i am done. thanks for your time

I recommend the "patch panels". If you look around, you shouldn't spend more than $20 a patch. It will make a difference in the end product. If your dad can weld, it will accelerate the whole process.
