Trouble code 218 diagnostic help

Hi,

My '92 Rangerl (2.3l) is giving a trouble code of 218. I don't have a manual but would like to know what the procedure is for diagnosing this code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

218-Loss of ignition. Maybe a misfire, bad plug or wires, distributor or rotor?
