I need the curb weight on a 76 F250 4x4 w/360. A weight with the D60 front axle would be even better.

my 1979 f150 4x4 wieghs 5100 (weighed on a scale) with a dana 44 and 9 inch and 390. I would suspect a 250 to weight a tick more.

 

I'd say @5700-5800 pounds. My 73 F-250 4x4 has a Dana 60 front and a Dana 70 rear and weighs 5950#. I've got an auto and a little extra fab though.

 

Is that the weight with those big 'ol tires on it? Also, what aluminum parts do you have on your motor? Manifold, heads, water pump, block?

Scouder, I'm going by my foggy memory but I seem to remember something like 460 or 480 pounds for the D60 front axle.

Ahhhh, I was forgetting about my tires. In that case you are probably closer to 5600. My '72 F-250 4x4 weighs @5400 and it only has 35's, and a front 44.

edt: the only thing aluminum on the 385 motor is the manifold.

 

My '75 F250 4x4 weighs in at 5600, has 390, dana 44f front end, 60 rear, 4speed. Only thing non stock is the aluminum wheels and 33's. OH, forgot I took of my boat anchors and put headers on.
