Fewer and fewer with each passing month. The Harley gets riddden more and more.

 

2001 F350 7.3 106,824. Bought it on 4-13-07 with only 82K on it.

 

2006 F250 SD 4dr LWB 6.0 Lariat 2 WD with camper package. Haul all my tools all the time about 1500 lbs worth and tow an equipment trailer that can weigh up to 10,500 lbs off and on. bought new in July 2006 75,000 new tires at 67,000 routine maint. is all and new shocks just at 72,000 was getting a little bouncy on rough roads. Due for another tranny service and going to have them check the brakes as they have never been done. Love my truck thinking of doing some mods when she hits a hundred thousand. Average fuel economy over the whole time including towing 15 mpg not bad in my book.

I've had that happen, but that was years ago before i started replacing all the hoses, vacum lines, belts, water pump every 100K, also timeing chain, gears on some engines. Now i never have the problem. However, i am considering changing from 100K to maybe 125 or 150K cause today things just seem to last longer. To me this is cheap insurance

my operating cost per mile is at the low low price of ..... $0.52 per mile .... $0.30 per mile for fuel ...$0.01 for service .... and .... $0.21 per for customization ...... gotta love your Super Duty !!!!!

 

This thread is almost as old as my truck. I think I have put 40K more on it since this first started. I am not at 160K.
