My 94 E250 has 225,00 miles and is at the GVW all day every day (9,000 pounds with the carpet cleaning equipment and 100 gallons of fresh water.
This may not be a truck but my 2003 Windstar has 280,000 miles and not even a check engine light, but that's another story ( If you have one check the linkage to the intake heads. If one is missing it acts like an engine brake.).

1,500 mile.
Mine is a little over 15 years old now and still just shy of 26,000 miles. It is going on a 2300 mile trip soon. After that, I am locking it back up in the garage for another couple of years.
