Question head light assembly on 1993 f 150

How do you remove a 1993 f 150 headlight assembly? Unlike the newer headlights there are no tabs but phillip screw heads that do not turn..

If i remember, first remove the two cross point screws on top of the headlight grill assy. Then remove the two 10mm nuts on the backside of the headlight assy. They are hard to get to sometimes. One is in the corner. If you are removeing the right head light, you need to remove the battery and the tray i think. its been awhile. Good luck. DP in NC.
