Manik brush guard parts?

Manik brush guard parts?
I just installed a used Manik one piece brush guard on my 1998 Expy. The bars for over the headlights are a bit rusty, and I'm not real happy about it. I thought they were supposed to be powder coated? I had read before that some people removed their bars after awhile so they could clean the headlights better (read: sick of trying to clean around and under the bars!). Has anyone removed their bars/covers from the brush guard and have them laying around in the garage or on the workbench? If so I'd be interested in them, hint, hint...
Has anyone ever ordered replacement parts for their guard from Manik?
You guys/ladies with the '97 and '98 Manik guards, are you happy with the way your guard has held up, rust wise I mean?
Just wondered,
Tim

Tyger,
It's really wierd, it's used I know, but it's supposed to be powdercoated and it's rusted? If I was the original owner I'd be a little upset considering what this thing cost new! They are supposed to be gauranteed for at least 5 years rust free. The really odd thing is the two uprights are not powder coated, but the horizontal bars are? Oh well, they salt the heck out of our NY roads in the winter, the rust is to be expected!
