4X4 Help

Howdy once again yall!!

I'm starting up production on the ol' 58 again and I'm looking at putting in either a 429 or a 460 and converting it over to a 4X4. My question is does anyone know of any companies that sell a suspension lift kit for this model ford? I've contacted rancho, skyjacker, and ruff country and all of them told me "good luck".

I'm also looking for any input anyone has about the sheetmetal replacements offered by cllasic fabrications. I'm looking to buy the new cab mounts and froint floor pans from them. Thanks in advance...jax ------chevy

I can not help you with the 4X4 problem. But this picture is a floor bord and cab mount from classic fabrication's It is very simple and is not the stock look but works very well. You must be frendly with a welder and brace the cab before you cut.

you can go to a local spring place and talk to them about new springs. I had my 60 4x4 springs rearched once, that did not work very well, so the spring guy took my main leaf and added new leafs under it. you don't need a suspension kit just new springs.
