If anyone knows about a store that installs strobe lite for cheap i would like to know.It must by in the New york city area or Long Island area, and are there any shows going on with trucks,if so let me know i would like to go see some of the trucks!!!Or if a few of us can get together and make a little show that would be nice as well.

 

a friend of mine put some in his bronco a few years ago, got'em at pep boys for around $15 i think. he put them in himself though.

 

There is a dealer on Sunrise hwy in W. Babylon called Multimedia . They are primarily a installation center for emergency vehicles , but they sell to the public . The strobes you get at pep boys are not really strobes they are cheasy crap .

What do you plan on using them for? I would be real careful if it's being used for something other than emergency / towing / road dept, etc. If you play with that stuff on the road, people are likely to think you're a cop or emergency vehicle. God forbid someone crashes trying to pull over for you.. it's your fault. I do hope you are using them for something legitimate.

 

You can buy the Whelen or Federal strobe kits on ebay. They are the best. They're the real thing... APC strobes are toys.

I have a 6 strobe 90W whelen kit in the excursion. I use them just for shows etc.
