Question Torque Converter

I HAVE A 1990 F150 PUT IN A HIGH PRO MOTOR IN 5.0 WHEN I PUT THE MOTOR IN AND TRYED TO LINE UP THE HOLES FOR THE CONVETER IT WON'T LINE UP WHAT I MEAN IS WHEN I TURN THE FLY WHEEL THE CONVETER TURNS. DID THE CONVERTER POP OUT OF PLACE OR DOES IT HAVE A LOCKED CONVERTER THIS IS STOCK

so you are saying that you are turning the flywheel to tighten up the 4 bolts and the whole convertor turns with it. it is supposed to turn.

no what happend was the tc was pinned against the fw. when i turn the fw the tc would turn i couldn't get it to line up. know i know undo the bell housing bolts and retry to line up.
