1988 F-150 Bed Question

How much does the 8 foot bed weigh on the 1988 F-150 XLT 4X4?

I think I'm going to replace the smashed up bed with a flatbed but I want to build the flat be the weigh equivliently (sp) or a few hundred pounds more.

I don't know the exact weight of the bed, but two guys can lift it, so it would be right around 350 to 450.
