Question What's It Worth?

This is long question so please bare with me. I am a HUGE Ford enthusiast. I am especially interested in a 1973 Bronco Sport. This truck has a 302, 3sp Auto, Dana44 Front and Ford 9in Rear. It is UNCUT and has a considerable amount of body rust especially at the corner seams, door posts and panel seams above rear wheels. It has been re-hopolstered including the top and has three point set belts. The front right fender is a fiberglass replacement. It has a rear bench seat. The floor is solid. It has all the original trim pieces and hub caps, including the one for the spare. There many spare parts including axles for the front end. It was sold in Canada an so its speedo is in KPH (shows 130K KM). It has the typical J- shift transfer case although the shifter sticks. The transmission has a shift kit and the truck runs very strong. It starts right up and goes like a bat out of hell. It has some oils leaks, including what might be the rear seal. The original maroon paint was taken down to bare metal for body work that never happened. It has a few coats of orange primer to keep it from rusting any further. Any insight? The seller is asking $1700.

I would be real leary with this one.
To start with the speedometers in Canada in 1973 were ALL in MPH, not KPH. What you are looking at is an "altered" speedometer cluster. What else has been 'altered' is my next question.
1700 a little high for a rusted machine. If it came from Canada I would be checking that frame reeeeaaaalll closely.
