Moving to Parker!

Hey all. My family and I are moving to Parker at the end of June. I already drove my '89 F250 4x4 down and we are bring the other rigs in three weeks. I'm looking for a good shop to have lockers installed. I'm kicking myself for not doing it at Randy's Ring and Pinion before I brought it down. Is there a comparable shop in the Denver area? I also need a good lift/alignment shop. The truck was lifted when I bought it and it needs professional attention.

I've been reading the post here. You all seem a little more involved then the Northwest Chapter, I'm looking forward to being part of the Colorado Chapter!

Thanks for the help!

Glad to have you coming down! Parker is a neat place. I presently live about 105 miles south of Parker in Pueblo. I do get up there once in a while to pick up fresh stock for our store. Let us know when you do get here and settled in!

p.s. I think you'll like the fact it is a wee bit dryer here than the rain forest....

Welcome to the area. Here's a great shop on the south side of Denver, Englewood actually so it's not too far from you.
Wild West Offroad and Automotive 303-806-8933 they're very good, honest and reasonably priced. Talk to Eric.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'm really looking forward to dryer weather! After 23 years in Alaska and 15 in Seattle, I think I've grown moss! Thanks for the info on my lockers, I'll look them up when I get settled in.

Yes to all of the above! Fortunataly for me, something weird happened in the Seattle area lately and it has been in the mid 80's to the low 90's for the last few days. So....some of the moss on my a** has died but I need a drier climate to kill it off.

A quick stock tip: I see the stock price of Bullfrog Sunscreen going up in the next two weeks!

Leaving Washington next Sunday and hope to be in Parker by the 29th. I'm looking forward too meeting you all.

WA will miss you sluggo... take care of yourself. If you find yourself driving around the SW corner of Denver- Chatfield area just west of US 85 in Jeffco wave at every blue FX4 S'crew you see. One of them may be my folks.
