Coil pack going bad?

1 is the front passenger side. Lay up compared to 4 and 8.

I'll talk to him about scoping the primary side like you say and see if it might have a tell-tell sign of what might be making these blow out so quick. Almost like a surge or something that is maybe producing too much voltage on them. Thanks for the ideas.
I took and got it out of the shop before Christmas. It sat overnight, the next day I drove it like 3 blocks and it started to chug a bit then stopped. Didn't do it coming back. Started up the next morning drove it for about half an hour and didn't shudder a bit. I haven't driven in since so will be curious how it is doing now. I was sure hoping it was fixed this time.
