steam clean in Calgary?

Alright, thanks for the tips on vehicle inspectors. Now I'm looking to get my gas tank properly cleaned. It's got a rust / slush sediment coating the bottom and I think to clean it properly it needs to be steam cleaned or redi-stripped. I know there is a redi strip in town somewhere but dang if I can find them and who does real "steam cleaning" nowadays? Everyone I talked to about profesional cleaning just uses a cold water pressure washer. Anybody know where I can get my tank cleaned?
