Question 84 F150 Door Hinge Adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to get to the bolts that hold the door hinge in place.
My drivers door seems to be a little low and is just hitting the sill.
There is a gap at the top where the door does not hit the new door seal.
I have tried an offset socket with the door open but it is too tight on the bottom hinge.
Looks like the whole fender has to come off. ??

Check your hinge pins to see if they are worn....adjusting worn parts will not help.

The best tool I have found to work the hinge bolts are the new ratchet wrenches.
