Question Sqeeks from the front end

When I bought the truck about 1 yr ago there were allot of sqeeks from the truck I just replaced the shocks (4) last weekend and that tool care of most of them. But they are still coming from the front end. I can lub the front end up but they are still there. I checked for loose nuts and bolts with none to mention and no missing ones either. When I turn the steering wheel theres a sqeeks there. Any Ideas as to where they my be coming from?
