I have a 92 e150 van w/300-6 with 75 k mi, which started getting diffacult to turn the steering wheel to the right. not a big problem while moving over 30mph, but at slow (5mph)speeds or idle, its like there is no P/S at all. it will turn left easly, but not right from any wheel position.

Can anyone help with this one?

Besides the basic things like a new belt,check for kinks in the p/s hoses,kinks in the return tubing(some FORDS have a length of steel tubing going to the cross member or radiator support as a cooler) and fluid level, you probably have a bad steering box on hand which will require a rebuild or replace.
