Question Adding an intercooler to a supercharged V10

I just wanted to get some opinions about what to do about an intercooler for my supercharged V10. Right now I am leaning toward installing a intercooler from a turbo diesel, but I dont know anything about them. If anybody has info on the flow capabilities of that intercooler I would be interested to know.

I know ATI is making a sheetmetal intercooler for F-150's....might want to see if it'll work in your truck. Piping for the intercooler is a different question...... Check with Got Pressure?

A diesel intercooler should work fine. They can handle up to about 30 PSI of boost if not more. I think it would work.

An intercooler from a powerstroke diesel would work fine....you can pick one up off of Ebay for roughly $200.
As with any intercooler, the boost pressure will drop a little though (some more than others). I'm going to install an intercooler here in a couple of weeks on my '94 Lightning and also put a smaller pulley on the SC'er to make up for the loss of boost. The guys I know that are using the P/S intercoolers have had good luck with them thus far.
