Lightbulb Hurst? Cursed? First??

Anyone had, or heard of, anyone installing the famed Hurst shifter? I am looking into it, but am lazy, so if anyone has some inside info, that would be great.

I've never even heard of one. You have an automatic right? You're talking about the shifter arm?

Well what do you want exactly? Do you just want a shorter shaft with a neat looking shifter ****, or do you want to drop the tranny and install an actual short throw shifter? What do you want?

If you just want to shorten the shaft and toss on a nice ****, you can do that with a hack saw and a drill/tap/die set. That's easy.

If you want to drop your tranny and install a short throw in, now your talking more complicated?

And if you really want bannana's on your ice cream, your going to have to cut them with a knife..

Well, he might have to drop his tranny anyways to replace those plugs if he has not done so already.I need to do it this year...it is a good idea.
