Question 5.4l stroker kit / performancs heads

Hey everyone,
I've got a 99' f150 4x4 extenda cab 5.4l 3.73
I had the spark plug blow out the head, now that i got it all open I'm looking for a beefier bottom end.
I see that ModMax has a stoker kit 5.4 to 5.7/5.8 and i'm wondering if anyone has had any input on weather this is a good kit or not.
I am also looking for some performance heads:
will the fr500's fit on a 5.4 modular engine?
how different are the flow rates compared to the heads I have now(with 1 heli coil)?
what about the stock navigator heads 32v ?
I would appreaciate any comments
Thanks

The modmax stroker kits is the best one out there right now.......expensive! buy good
The heads.........unfortunatly you have Non-PI heads which i would say you should step up to some PI heads but you would also have to change your intake. If you don't want to do that then i would take your heads and have them ported....people have done some wonders with porting the mod heads

99+ 5.4's have PI heads. Flow numbers on stock 2v heads are 163 cfm intake/150 cfm exhaust @ .500". Stock 4V heads flow 260 cfm intake/201 cfm exhaust @ .550".

Set,
Do you have any info on the stroker kit? What do you get? Whats the cost? I can not find anything on their website. I am rebuilding a 5.4L as well. just sent the block to get boiled. I am going start putting it back to gether in the spring because my garage isn't heated and it sucks in there in the winter. But I figured I would start collecting parts so I have everything ready to go. I am looking at a setup from Power Surge Perfomance. For $1900.00 You get:

ARP Head Studs
ARP Main Studs
Custom CP Pistons
FMS High Volume Oil Pump
Manley Forged H-beam Connecting rods
ModMax Plasma Moly Ring set
Performance Main Bearings
Performance Rod Bearings
In this case I would keep the stock crank.

I have limited info on the stroker kit. Iv'e attached a link below. What i know is it's a 5.4 to 5.7/5.8 std bore/ .020 over , I called one of the local manufactures (Calgary) and got quoted $5000.00 Cnd$. I'm eventually planning on a blower(procharger) so I am building the engine for that.

"Each kit includes: ModMax Pro Billet 4340 crankshaft, ModMax Forged 4340 H-Beam Rods, ModMax custom pistons, heavy duty pins, double spirolox, ModMax Plasma Moly file-to-fit rings, King Hi-Perf Rod Bearings, and Federal Mogul Main Bearings."

I heard a strokrer kit on this engine would effect the engines longevity anyone have thought on this?

does anyone know if the 2000-2003 mustang SVT cobra heads will fit on the 99 5.4l block?
Does anyone have any flow rate info on cobra r heads, navigator heads, or the SVT heads?
