Crank & Rod bearing torque specs; '77F250, 351M

I am R&R the crank and rod bearings on a new (to me ) 1977 F-250 w/ a 351M. I need to know the torque specs for each.

Please help!:

Lightbulb

rod bearing bolts 40-45 ft.lbs
main bearing bolts 35-45 ft.lbs
crankshaft balancer bolt 70-90 ft.lbs
flywheel to crankshaft bolts 75-85 ft.lbs
All info from chilton manual

I think you need more than that for mains. I always go to the book for torque specs as memories can wander.

Main bearing bolts on the 351M/400 should be torqued to 95-105 lbs/ft.

Some aftermarket manuals (including Chiltons) incorrectly list the main bearing cap torque at 35-45 ft lbs. That is the torque spec for the smaller secondary cap bolts on a 4-bolt 351C engine.

The correct main bearing cap torque is 95-105 ft lbs.

Thanks! So to refresh the crank is 95-105ft-lbs and the rods are 40-45ft-lbs.

I'll post a picture and tell everyone how the truck runs when I'm complete in about a month.
