checked with diagnostic computer, found codes 174,system to lean.and 141 sensor 2 heater ckt malf. replaced sensor on back side of cat. converter, cleared codes but still runs a little rough.has not picked up any more fault codes.gas mileage poor.
short term fuel trim on bank 1 sensor 1 is -1.56 to 2.34
trim on bank 1 sensor 2 is 99.22 % constant.
trim on bank 2 sensor 1 is -0.78% to 2.34%
any help???

 

Did you disconnect the battery from the negative post to clear the PCM? If not, might want to for 15 or so minutes to make it relearn the mixtures.

if you jumper the eec connector to check codes remove and remove the jumper when it goes with the first code, this will definatly erase your codes and reset your computor. also ford recommends it. after reseting it this way check your codes if the code still comes up it is not fixed.
