shuddering to a stop

i own a kickass 91 F-150 5.0L V8. whenever i am going over about 35 and i apply the breaks, the truck shakes violently untill it gets down to about 15. im fairly sure the brake pads and drums are fine but im not positive. its had this problem as long as ive had the tuck but its getting progressively worse. any ideas?

Thumbs up

I am almost certain you have a warped or bent rotor or drum. Jack the vehicle up in the air one tire or all @ a time spin each wheel by hand. This will @ least tell you which wheel your problem is coming from. then pull that tire off and once again rotate that hub and listen you should be able to instently see or hear your problem.
