Under dash connector

Under dash connector
On my '95 PSD there is a connector hanging out under the dash that seems to be wired back to a harness under the steering column, this connector has what appears to be a relay plugged into it with the numbers

anybody know what this is for? This truck has the factory installed 7 pin rv hookup but this is not or doesn't seem to part of that harness.
