The biggist lift I know of is 8" for the ford ifs. It is a skyjacker. With you 3 inch body lift you will have to do some major fender trimming but I think you could get them under there. Give a little more time, somebody will come out with a 10 or 12 inch

Late model ford suspention lifts are hard to find above 6" as I said before skyjacker is the only 8". Trust me I have looked. Ifyou do run across one bigger that does not cost my first born and life savings let me know

Check out www.broncograveyard.com , they have up to 10" lifts available, but are solid axle conversions. Any more than 8" with TTB just isn't safe and will crack the frame/crossmember.

Yeah, according to FourWheeler magazine, you can fit 44x18's with a 8 inch lift/3 inch body with minor fender trimming. I'd just go with a 10" solid axle conversion if I were you.

The 8" lift is not going to take a beating off road, that suspension just wasn't designed for high lifts. I'd say no more than 6", thats why no one else but skyjacker makes an 8". Also, the TTB will never handle 44's, way too big. According to Four WheelertThe biggest recommended on a d44 is a 35" tire. Get a Dana 60 solid axle if you want that big.

It is your only choice, forget a d44, you need atleast a d60 and atleast a sterling 10.25 full floater in the rear. You should go buy an F-350, you wouldn't have to change a thing.
