I have no idea if the econoline parts are compatible with the pickups. They seem to be a breed all their own on a lot of things. Why not just find the parts from a 302 econoline. It seems that was the predominant engine. My favorite pick and pull has a couple of the them. One is a really nice 74 fancy model with almost everything still on it except the grille and bumper are caved in a little.

My buddy and I both had 69 e300s with 302s in them. I remember the 302 was very popular for many years so I would also suggest you get a 302 crossmember from a junkyard.
BTW: while I eventually sold the truck with the 302 in it, my buddy kept his e300 for many years and replaced the 302 with a 351. It did fit but I believe he had to make his own motor mounts.
