Fuel pumps

What correct style of pump should my 1960 Ford F-100 with a MD 292 2bbl V8 have? All my catalogs say it should have a single diaphragm pump with a filter can. I recently found a claimed NOS 1957-63 truck 272/292 fuel pump which appears to be a dual diaphragm with a glass bowl. Which is correct?

I have never seen one on a v8. But I think what you have is a fuel pump that has a vacuum pump built on the top of the fuel pump for the vacuum windsheald wipers.

The NOS fuel pump has a part number of CT3Z-9350-B if that helps. There is also a parts store one listed on e-bay which also has a glass bowl. The discription for it states it fits the following:

1957 Ford truck V-8 F750 up to F900, B500, C-500, C750 up to C900, T-750 and T-800 with 302 and 332 engines; 1957-58 Ford truck T-700 with 302; Ford truck 1958 F-750 thru F-900, B-750, C-750 thru C-900, T-750 thru T-900; 1959-61 Ford trucks B, C &F -750 with 302 engine; and 1962-63 Ford trucks with 302 or 332 for 1962-63

Does this seem correct? Did all the 302 and 332 engined trucks have a dual diaphragm glass bowl pump and all the light duty trucks have a single diaphragm metal can pump?
