Timing for 79 F100 302
The sticker on the inside of my hood is missing that tells me the timing, spark plug gap etc.

Does anybody know what the factory timing setting is for a 79 F100 302, auto tranny?

heh...thats the only thing still original in the hood.

8 deg BTDC ,550 timing rpm
ASF-42 plugs .042-.046 gap
2400 rpm fast idle, 650 +/- 50 rpm curb idle...with or w/o a/c
1 rich choke

hope that gets u goin
