Woodfield ford!?!? I wouldn't shop there if they were the only dealer within 400 miles!
The salesmen are weasels and the service people act like they don't have the time of day for you.
If you want service and courteous people, go to one of the surrounding towns outside of the burbs. Smaller town dealers care about you and your business.
I bought a new 2004 F-150 from Tom Peck Ford in Huntley. Couldn't be happier with the people there.

I couldn't agree more, bought the wife's Taurus at another dealer who tried to claim the front rotors failed because we left it parked for a week & they rusted & warped (what a crock!). The car was still under warranty so we took it to Tom Peck & they replaced the rotors & pads under warranty, free! They've had my business ever since. Pretty rare to see service like that anymore.
Don't use Burt Weinmann in Chicago...they can't diagnose for the life of them, but will charge you out the #@& to replace parts that don't need it and the truck still ran like crap--they gave it back to me with a huge bill and agreed it didn't run any better than when I took it in--never again.

Thats exactly the way I feel about Joe Rizza and Al Piemonte.. I ended up at Forest Ford on Harlem Avenue(about 1800 North) and they treated me with respect and answered all my questions... Of course, what always happens when something works well??? Somebody else comes in and screws it all up... They closed and were absorbed by Jacobs Twin Auto Mall on Grand Avenue.. Haven't been there yet, but I get about 2 emails a week from them telling me to "come on down"... So, to answer the original post, I don't know, but i'm not afraid to say so anyway...

ive had an awesome experience with arlinton heights ford on dundee. ive been a fleet member there for years, with buying work trucks. and theyve got a perfect record with me.
I would go with Tom Peck in Huntley. Avoid the sales and service at Conlin Collins in Crystal Lake and avoid the service department at Spring Hill Ford in Dundee. You can buy at Spring Hill but only if you watch all the paperwork, they'll quote you a great deal and screw the numbers on the paperwork if you don't watch.

I got such a good price at Larry Roesch Ford in Elk Grove Village, that I was afraid I'd get "K-Mart" service, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Their parts guys are particularly good and willing to help.
Bought my '03 at Joyce Ford on South Michigan Ave. in Chicago. Used X-plan but dealt directly with owner (Maureen Joyce), easy to deal with - over-all good experience. Took friend there and he bought a new Explorer, also felt comfortable and easy to work with. No service experience yet but if first impressions are any indication, I expect good things. Charlie
I recently purchased a 2004 Expedition from Ron Tirapelli Ford in Shorewood. The salemen were Chris and Craig Holsman. They will treat you right and give you a good deal.
